You must meet all purchase requirements stated to receive a discount or promotional offer. Rock the Bath Bar ships to the USA & Canada, within 1-3 business days (unless I’m closed). A $2 handling fee is added to all phoned, faxed, or emailed orders. Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges if I incur additional fees. Expedited shipping (if chosen) begins after your package leaves my shop.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of my products, I can only accept refunds or exchanges on unused and unopened product within 5 days of receiving products. Please contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) or phone (832-857-9484). I cannot refund your money if the safety seal is broken, shrink wrap torn or taken off, or if the product arrives damaged, so pack very carefully. Note that I am not liable for any shipping charges related to returning or exchanging items.
Please review your order carefully before you check out. If you need to add to your order, please place another order and leave a comment in the notes that this is in addition to previous order. Orders that are cancelled by the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods
Save all contents and packing materials and contact me within 3 business days. Photos are very helpful. If you suspect your package is lost, contact me immediately. Failure to contact me promptly voids any responsibility I may have had.
Rock the Bath Bar does not offer a printed catalog as I am constantly adding new and wonderful products. Plus, it helps save the trees and keeps costs down! You don’t want to be responsible for killing more trees, right?
Closings are rare, but I do reserve the right to take an occasional break. A mind rest, if you will, so that I can create more rockin’ blends! Online orders will be filled in the order they were received upon my return.
Almost all of my products are vegan (check ingredient lists to verify) and none are tested on animals with the exception of my dog soap on my 5 variety of dogs with great love and care. By the way, they LOVE bath time!
Although allergic reactions to my products are uncommon, I recommend testing my products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use. Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
Check your spam box. You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at email@example.com
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days upon receiving your order (excluding weekends, holidays, and in the event that we are holding a special promotion and receive an influx of orders). Your order will be shipped USPS Priority if you’re in the United States, which takes 2-3 business days.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes, you can! In your shopping cart, click on Express shipping in the drop down menu.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, I only ship within the United States, but I will be employing methods to ship worldwide soon! Keep an eye out.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept return 100% of your purchase on unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it right away!
